This fundraising news is a huge win for our Nuwa Pen Kickstarter project.
Along with your support, we've now secured an additional €1,500,000 (US$ 1.64M) in funds from a publicly traded US consumer goods company. This has brought our total seed funding to € 2,500,000 (US$ 2.75M).
It was a quick journey from meeting to securing the extra funds. We first met when I went to CES (Consumer Electronics Show) in January 2023. I caught up with the company a few months later, and then a few more, they visited our offices in Groningen, and after that, we closed the deal. From the very start, they bought into what we're building and wanted to ensure that we move Nuwa Pen through the production process and into your hands.
Thanks to your support, it's become clear that there's a lot of buzz around what we're building together. Without your backing, we wouldn't have been able to make this campaign as big of a success as it has been.
